Zola Middleton, age 84 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died May 5, 2012 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the UT Medical Center. Funeral services were held Wednesday May 9, 2012 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Hill officiating. Burial was in the Angel Cemetery.
She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on September 4, 1927 the daughter of the late Abner L. and Lucinda (Begley) Boggs. She was a homemaker and a member of the Whitley City First Baptist Church.
Her parents, husband, Buster Middleton;, son, Brent Allen Middleton; son in law, Grover Carey Wilson; brothers, Paul Boggs, Mark Boggs, Murphy Boggs, and William Ran Boggs, and sisters, Ardie Turner, Ila Turner, Gertrude Boggs, and Eula Boggs precede her in death.
Survivors include her daughters, Vicki Wilson of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Gwen Middleton of Stearns, Kentucky, and grandchildren, Dr. Chase Wilson and wife Nicole and Cari Wilson and fiancé Jesse King.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
