Willie Everett Bryant

Willie (Bill) Everett Bryant, 97, a devoted Christian, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully October 10, 2024 in Maineville, OH. Beloved husband for 65 years to the love of his life and late Frona Sue Bryant. Preceded in death by his parents, Paulis Howell Bryant and Lula Brooks, son Richard E. Bryant, daughter Diane Bryant, and grandson Dakota Bryant. He is survived by his children Linda, Billie Ellen (Eric), Connie (Jerry), Roger (Patty), Catherine (Daniel), Renee (Charles), Katrina, and niece Shirlene (Danny). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. 

Bill was a man of unwavering faith, who lived life rooted in the love of Christ and shared that love with everyone around him. His gentle spirit and generous heart were evident in his daily walk with the Lord. He will be remembered for his kindness to all, his infectious laugh, and his love for his children and grandchildren. 

He dedicated 30 years of hard work and commitment to Ford Motor Company before retiring to spend time doing what he loved most: being with his family and tending to his farm in Kentucky. Bill was a man who truly loved the simple things in life. He had a deep connection with animals, finding joy in caring for them on his farm. His passion for the animals and farming reflected his humility and reverence for God’s creation. 

In his later years, Bill lovingly took care of his wife, Frona, during her illness, providing her with endless support and devotion. His strength and compassion during that time were a testament to his character and the deep love they shared for over 65 years. 

Funeral services will be held 2pm Sunday, October 20, 2024 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Hayes Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 1:30pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
