WILLIAM LEO LYNCH

May 23, 1920 — September 17, 2012

William Leo Lynch, age 92 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died September 18, 2012 in Parkers Lake, Kentucky.  Funeral services were held Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 1pm at the Sandhill United Baptist Church with Rev. Rusty Spradlin and Rev. Mark Perry officiating.  Burial was in the Barren Fork Cemetery.

He was born in Barren Fork, Kentucky on May 23, 1920 the son of the late John and Audrey (Hale) Lynch.  He was a coal miner and member of the Sandhill United Baptist Church for 63 years and Deacon for 52 years.

His parents; wife, Eva (Bryant) Lynch, step mother, Minnie Lynch; brothers, Jim Lynch, Albert Lynch, Joe Lynch, and John Lynch, Jr.; and sisters, Christine Lynch and Opal Coffey precede him in death.

His is survived by his sister, Betty Lou Smith of Nebo, North Carolina.
