Valda Jo Keeton, age 57 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died March 13, 2012 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 27, 1954 the daughter of the late Richmond and Ruby (Walker) Keeton. She was a housekeeper for the Lake Cumberland Resort and of the Baptist Faith.
Her parents and son, Jared Tucker precedes her in death.
Survivors include her son, Jordan Tucker and wife Brittany of Whitley City, Kentucky; brother, Clint Keeton of Whitley City, Kentucky; sisters, Lana R. Keeton of Cincinnati, Ohio and Marlene Keeton of Whitley City, Kentucky; and a special friend, Louie H. Tucker of Whitley City, Kentucky.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
