Tracy Rose Alcorn, age 47, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at her home in Oneida, Tennessee.
She was born on August 25, 1969, the daughter of Shelby (Evans) Rose and the late Roger Rose.
Surviving family include her mother: Shelby Rose of Parkers Lake, sons: Dakota and Josh Alcorn of Oneida, Tennessee, daughter: Casey Alcorn Palmer (husband Jason) of Richmond, Kentucky, her fiancé: Waylon “Tater” Jeffers of Oneida, two brothers: Terry Rose (wife Cathy) of Whitley City, and Tom Rose of Parkers Lake.
Tracy was a Respiratory Therapist for the Parkwest Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. She really enjoyed her profession, and it extended into her everyday life. She was a giver to all who knew and loved her. She enjoyed photography, hiking, bird watching, nature, traveling, and she especially loved going to the beach. Tracy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 28, 2017, in the chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Melvin Stephens. Visitation is Friday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at the Eagle Creek Cemetery.
