Tommy Ray Strunk, age 55 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died November 1, 2012 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Memorial services were held Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Corder, Bro. Jason Kates, and Bro. Marvin Kates officiating.
He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on February 20, 1957 the son of the late Dewitt and Myrtle (Sammons) Strunk. He was a laborer in a factory and member of the Stearns First Baptist Church.
His parents and sisters, Loretta Sue Strunk and Edna June Strunk precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa (Manning) Strunk; sons, Jonathon Strunk and Travis Strunk all of Stearns, Kentucky; brothers, Bill Strunk of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Jerry Strunk of Stearns, Kentucky, Andrew Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky, Dewitt Strunk, Jr. of Stearns, Kentucky and Johnny Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky; and sister, Joan Strunk of Stearns, Kentucky. 6 grandchildren also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
