TIMOTHY C. SLAVEN

Timothy C. (Burl) Slaven, age 37 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died August 13, 2010 at his home. Funeral services were held Tuesday August 17, 2010 at 1pm in his home in Strunk, Kentucky with Rev. Rufus Hughes and Rev. David Troxell officiating. Burial was in the Nancy Grave Cemetery. Family will receive friends after 6:00 PM. Monday August 16, 2010at his home. He was born in Oneida, Tennessee on January 30, 1973 the son of Judy Daugherty Slaven Casada and the late Obie Slaven. He was of the United Baptist Faith and had worked in Shipping and Receiving at ABC. His father and a brother Obie Dallas Slaven precede him in death. Survivors include his mother Judy Slaven Casada, a son Timothy Dallas Slaven both of Stearns, Kentucky, and a brother Jason Delbert Casada of Strunk, Kentucky. A host of friends and loved ones also survive. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
