Sherry L. Strunk, age 60 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died February 16, 2013 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the McCreary Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Dixon officiating. Burial was in the Whitley City Church of God Cemetery.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 21, 1952 the daughter of the late Silas L. Patrick and Flora Davis Jones. She was a homemaker and member of the Whitley City Church of God.
Her parents and one sister, Donna Chester precedes her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Gary A. Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky son, Barry Allen Strunk and his wife Tonya of Whitley City, Kentucky, a daughter Michelle Lynn Baker and husband Matt of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters, Sheila Stenger, Wanda Jo Sims, and Deborah Childers all of Whitley City, Kentucky. Three grandchildren, Ricky Sturnk, Madison Baker and Nathan Baker.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
