Sarah Myrtle Keith Bryant, age 71 years, died November 16, 2010 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday November 19, 2010 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Keith officiating. Burial was in the Flat Rock Cemetery. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AFTER 6PM THURSDAY NOVEMBER 18, 201 AT THE FUNERAL HOME She was born June 2, 1939 in Keno, Kentucky the daughter of the late Everett and Agnes (Maxwell) Nevels. She was a homemaker and a member of the Day Ridge United Baptist Church. Her parents, son Leslie Eugene Keith, sisters Donna Sue Jones, Roberta Waters, Clida Joyce Spradlin, and Margaret Marie Messer, and brother Warren David Nevels precedes her in death. Survivors include her husband Carl Edward Bryant, Sr. of Whitley City, Kentucky, children Joyce Ann Vanover of Strunk, Kentucky, Ricky Clayton Keith of Whitley City, Kentucky, Roberta Sue Davis of Strunk, Kentucky, and Carl Edward Bryant, Jr. of Whitley City, Kentucky, sisters Magolia Dick of Flat Rock, Kentucky, Tercia Elizabeth Young of Corbin, Kentucky, and brothers Charlie Litton Nevels and Paul Gene Nevel both of Whitley City, Kentucky. 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren also survive.
