She was born on September 4, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Albert Prewitt and Caroline Hill Prewitt. Sandra was a homemaker.
Her father and mother precede her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Nathan Phillips and his wife, Jennifer, of Somerset, Kentucky, Nicholas Phillips and his wife, Rachel, of Henry, Illinois, and Eric Phillips and his wife, Tabatha, of Eastman, Georgia; a brother, Jesse Prewitt of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a sister, Brenda Watters, of Lexington, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Seth, Diamond, Kiara, Austin, Jackson, Kenzy, and CheyAnn Phillips.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
