Rhoda Lee Phillips

Rhoda Lee Phillips, age 73, of Stearns, KY., passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at his home.

She was born in McCreary County.KY, on June 10, 1948 to the late Marion Kenny Waters and Nelsie Elizabeth King Waters.
Rhoda is survived by her sons, Gregory Allen and Laura Phillips of Brunswick, Ohio and James Harold and Tammy Phillips of Grand Rapids, MI.; sisters, Vonda Techau of Richmond, KY., along with ten grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Waters and Dester Waters; sisters, Maude Waters, Josephine Waters and Betty Thompson.
Per her wishes Rhoda was cremated.
