REBA THOMAS LITTLE

Reba (Thomas) Little, age 85 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Tuesday July 5, 2011 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday July 9, 2011 at 5pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Spice officiating. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AFTER 2PM SATURDAY AT THE FUNERAL HOME.

 

She was born in Anthes, Tennessee on September 18, 1925 the daughter of the late Everett and Mattie (Hill) Thomas. She was a cook in the McCreary County School System, a member of the Pine Knot United Baptist Church, and was known as Pretty Girl and Mother Nature on the CB.

 

Her parents, husbands John Granville Foster and Henry Little, brother Howard Thomas, and sisters Mabry Cox, Alma Thomas, and Valda Douglas precede her in death.

 

Survivors include her sons John A. Foster and wife Janie of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Eddie Little of Allegan, Michigan, daughters Janet McGaha and husband Roger of Wilmington, Ohio and Denise Milbocker of Allegan, Michigan, significant other Hobert Lay of Pine Knot, Kentucky, brother Charles Everett Thomas, Jr. of Danville, Kentucky, sisters Ruth Cordell of Revelo, Kentucky, Glenna Ball and Margie Gilreath both of Somerset, Kentucky. 7 grandchildren and7 great grandchildren also survive.
