Ray Hinkle

Ray Hinkle, age 81 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Monday September 9, 2024 at his home.

He was born in Whitley City, Kentucky on December 25, 1942 the son of the late Clell and Hazel (Lynch) Hinkle. Ray was self employed as a builder contractor and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed woodworking and was an avid animal lover.

In addition to his parents, Ray is preceded in death by a brother, Jess Hinkle; and sister, Margaret Corder.

Survivors include his wife, Wallena (Jones) Hinkle of Whitley City, Kentucky; and sisters, Janice Hinkle of Whitley City, Kentucky and Jannette Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held 12pm Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the Roberts Chapel Cemetery.
