Randy Charles Lyons

Randy Charles Lyons, age 56 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky, died Sunday, March 5, 2023.

He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 12, 1966 the son of Sandra Kay Davis.  Randy had been a landscaper and member of the Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church.  Fishing and hunting were his favorite hobbies.

His grandparents, Charles and Louise (Bolin) Lyons precede him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Kay Davis of Whitley City, Kentucky; son, Ricky Lyons of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Ashley Cooper of Whitley City, Kentucky, Lindsey Lyons of Richmond, Kentucky, and Sarah Lyons of Richmond, Kentucky; brothers, Gary Baker, Keith Davis, and Kevin Davis all of Whitley City, Kentucky; grandchildren, Taylor Lyons and Hunter Kyle Lyons; and great grandchild, Brylee Lyons.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday, March 10, 2023 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Dixon officiating. Burial to follow in the Carter Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm Friday at the Funeral Home.
