RALPH EUGENE THREET

Ralph Eugene Threet, age 65, passed away at his home in Strunk, Kentucky, on Saturday, July 2, 2016.

He was born at Jamestown, Tennessee on May 26, 1951, the son of the late Clifton McKinley and Minnie Virginia (Strunk) Threet.  Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a step-son David Cox.

He has two surviving brothers: Rick Threet of Stearns, Kentucky, and Arnold Threet of Whitley City, Kentucky, and three sisters: Geraldean Ridner of Whitley City, Debbie Parriman of Whitley City and Mary Vanover of Whitley City.

He was self-employed and a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church.

Funeral services: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016, McCreary County Funeral Home, with Rev. David Troxell officiating

Burial:  Vanover Cemetery, Whitley City

Visitation: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016
