RALPH THOMAS CARVER, SR.

Ralph Thomas Carver, Sr. age 60 years, Stearns, Kentucky died February 3, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Sunday, February 7, 2010 at McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Estel Jones officiating. Burial was in Dobbs Family Cemetery. He was born at Blount County, Tennessee on September 10, 1949 the son of the late Robert Taylor Carver, Sr. and Zella Mae Bryant Carver. He was a retired packer and a member of the Bells Chapel Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during Viet Nam War. He was a member of MIA. His parents; his brother, Robert T. Carver, Jr. and his sister, Mildred Irene Williams, precede him in death. Survivors include his wife, Wanda, Stearns, Kentucky and his son. Ralph Thomas Carver, Jr., Youngstown, Ohio. The surviving brother is Rev. Clyde Carver, Maryville, Tennessee. Three grandchildren survive. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
