Norman L. Ball, age 74 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died June 1, 2013 at his home. Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Bill King and Rev. Jonathan Perry officiating. Burial was in the New Liberty Cemetery.
He was born August 11, 1938 in Duck Run, Kentucky the son of the late William Edward and Martha Jane (Martin) Ball. He was a gravel truck driver.
His parents; brothers, Fred Ball, Willard Ball, and Dillard Ball; and sisters, Retha Ball, Letha Hamlin, and Truie Mae Jones precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Mae D. Ball of Stearns, Kentucky; sons, Jimmy Ball and wife, Ethel of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Timothy Ball of Stearns, Kentucky, Michael Ball and wife, Tammy of Stearns, Kentucky, and Phillip Bal and wife, Lisa of Whitley City, Kentucky; and sisters, Beatrice Perkins of Stearns, Kentucky and Minnie Ellen Daley of Ekron, Kentucky. Grandchildren, Dusty, Ciara, Brittany, Tammica, Elizabeth, Jacy, Aleia, and Isabella and great grandchildren, Kassidi, Caden, 4 step grand children and 4 step great grandchildren also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
