Nora Mae Ridner, age 57 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died January 4, 2014 in Lexington, Kentucky at the UK Medical Center. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 12pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Crabtree and Bro. David Burton officiating. Burial was in the New Liberty Cemetery.
She was born in Fentress County, Tennessee on July 23, 1956 the daughter of the late Silas Woodford and Mary Magline (Thompson) Murphy. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of The Living God.
Her parents; brother, Luther Clinton Murphy; and brother in law, Carl Wyatt precede her in death.
Survivors include her ex-husband Johny Odel Ridner; sons, Thomas Odel Ridner of Lexington, Kentucky, Michael Shane Ridner and girlfriend, Georgia and Jeremy Joe Ridner and wife, Jennifer both of Pine Knot, Kentucky; daughter, Nora Jean Ridner of Lexington, Kentucky; brothers, Cye Rolly Murphy and wife, Sandra and David Murphy and wife, Martha both of Burnside, Kentucky; sisters, Rhonda Ridner and husband, William of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Mildred Wyatt of Whitley City, Kentucky and 12 grandchildren.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
