Melinda Kay Perry

Melinda Kay Perry, age 46 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Friday, May 6, 2022 in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 23, 1975 the daughter of Wayne Dale Perry and Brenda Mae (Ridner) Perry. Melinda loved spending time with her family and friends.

Her mother; son, Dalton Wade Perry; and sister, Tabitha Ridner precedes her in death.

Survivors include her father, Wayne Dale Perry of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; step-mother, Cathy Lee Perry of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; son James Tyler Ridner of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; daughter, Brandi Marie Perry of Somerset, Kentucky; brother, Dustin Ridner; sisters, Rebecca Ann Staley of Stearns, Kentucky and Wayna Mendoza of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Steven Ridner, Lettie Ridner, and Gemma Ridner.

Funeral services will be held 3pm Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Pleasant Knob Untied Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Knob Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Church.
