Mary M. Daugherty, age 70 years, of Norwood, Ohio formerly of Marshes Siding, Kentucky died October 3, 2010 at her home. Funeral services were held Friday October 8, 2010 at 8pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Scotty Corder officiating. Burial was in the Barren Fork Cemetery. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AFTER 6PM FRIDAY OCTOBER 8, 2010 UNTIL FUNERAL TIME. She was born in Marshes Siding, Kentucky on December 27, 1939 the daughter of the late Elbert and Nannie (Worley) Watson. She was a homemaker. Her parents, husband Floyd Lee Daugherty, daughter Sharon Rogers and husband Charles, and brothers and sisters, Delmer Pete Watson, Lloyd Don Watson, Wilma Allen, Barbara Vanover, Nancy Watson, Gene Upchurch, Henry Watson, and Evelyn Otton precede her in death. Survivors include her children Steven Daugherty and Tara Coon, Michael Daugherty , and Shonda Daugherty and Charles Day all of Norwood, Ohio, and sister and brothers Deborah Stephens, Roy Watson, David Watson, Roger Watson and Deleana all of Marshes Siding, Kentucky, Bunt Watson and Sara of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and James Watson and Susan of Stearns, Kentucky. 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren also survive. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
