Mark Watters, age 50 years, of Strunk, Kentucky died March 14, 2012 at his home. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Rufus Hughes officiating. Burial was in the Angel Cemetery.
He was born in Jellico, Tennessee on April 16, 1961 the son of Earl and Charlene (Wilson) Watters. He was a Train Engineer for the Big South Fork Scenic Railway and a member of the Old Beech Grove United Baptist Church.
His brother, Elmer Watters precedes him in death.
Survivors include his wife Judy Malynn (Shoopman) Watters of Strunk, Kentucky; sons, Justin Watters and wife Tara of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Jared Watters of Strunk, Kentucky; daughter, Courtney Watters also of Strunk, Kentucky, father and mother, Earl and Charlene Watters of Revelo, Kentucky, and sister, Kathy Gibson of Revelo, Kentucky. Grandchildren, Caleb Phillips Watters and 1 on the way, Riley Watters also survive.
