Margaret " Sue" Bryant

Sue Bryant departed from this life on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at her home in Stearns, Kentucky being 76 years 9 months and 9 days. She was born in Stearns, Kentucky on June 11, 1939 to the late Rufus Perkins and Lidia Black Perkins.

She was a member of the Taylor Ridge United Baptist Church. Sue loved to read and spend quality time with her children and grandchildren.  Sue is a Kentucky Colonel and was the former Magistrate for District Three.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by an infant Sister: Ruth Faye Perkins.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ken Bryant, daughters: Kathy  and husband Steve Litton, Lisa and husband Mike Soard of Stearns, Kentucky, Kenna and husband Frankie Young of Strunk, Kentucky and Karen and husband Jerry Meadows of Muncie, Indiana.  Two brothers: Morris Perkins of Batavia, Ohio and Bobby Perkins of Revelo, Kentucky.  Three sisters: Judy Anderson, Pine Knot, Kentucky, Patsy Perkins and Brenda Gilreath of Revelo, Kentucky.  Five Grandchildren: Chelsea and husband Andrew King, Axel Litton, McKenzie Meadows, Brian Bryant and Michael Soard II.  Three great grandchildren: Hunter, Ava and Lukas Bryant.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bros. Linville Maxwell and Earl Davis Officiating. Burial Follows in the Taylor Ridge Cemetery. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
