Mamie Loudermilk, age 85 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died April 1, 2013 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held at the McCreary County Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at the Taylor Ridge Cemetery.
She was born in Flat Rock, Kentucky on September 19, 1927 the daughter of the late Joel and Bertha (Coffey) Strunk. She was a homemaker, member of the New Hope Baptist Church, and loved all of her family at Quest Adult Day Care.
Her parents, husband, Jake Loudermilk, one infant son, brothers; Oren Strunk Carl Strunk, Robert Strunk, Melvin Strunk, Seal Strunk and Willard Strunk, and one sister Nannie Strunk precede her in death.
Survivors include her one sister Lucy Dority of Whitley City, nephews Joe Daugherty of Whitley City, Freddy Dority of Whitley City, and Burl Dority of Whitley City, one niece, Madie Parriman of Whitley City and her family from Quest Adult Day Care all survive.
