Madeline Thomas

Madeline Thomas, age 77 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born in Pine Knot, Kentucky on June 6, 1945 the daughter of John and Cassie (Slaven) Stephens. Madeline had been a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

Her parents; husband, Forest E. Thomas; daughter, Dawn Marie Thomas; and sister, Magelene Gregory precede her in death.

Survivors include her brothers, Lawrence Stephens and Donald Slaven both of Whitley City, Kentucky; sisters, Bobbie Clark of Whitley City, Kentucky, Imogene Hardwick of Whitley City, Kentucky, Judy Whitehead of Stearns, Kentucky, and Geraldine Stephens of Pine Knot, Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes; cremation was chosen.
