Louise Lyons, age 84 years, of the Beulah Heights Community died January 2, 2013 in Pine Knot, Kentucky at the McCreary Health and Rehab. Funeral services were held Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 11am with Rev. David Troxell officiating. Burial was in the Carter Cemetery.
She was born in Alpine, Kentucky on April 26, 1928 the daughter of the late Elmer and Florence (Souleyrette) Bolin. She was a school cook and member of the Marshes Siding Church of God.
Her parents; husband, Charles Lyons; and daughter, Linda Lyons Kirk precede her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Ricky Lyons and wife, Debbie of Whitley City, Kentucky and Randy Lyons of Richmond, Kentucky; daughters Sandra Davis of Whitley City, Kentucky and Brenda Allen of Casey County, Kentucky; brother, Bud Bolin; and sisters, Thelma Lyons of Wiborg, Kentucky, Opal Bowyer and Pam Simon both of Cincinnati, Ohio. 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
