Lou Alma “Cricket†Richardson age 79 of Whitley City, Kentucky died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the McCreary County Health and Rehabilitation in Pine Knot, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Keith and Pastor. Doug Sexton officiating. Burial followed in the Nevelsville Cemetery.
She was born August 5, 1932 in Parkers Lake, Kentucky to Dale and Alice (Young) Worley. Lou Alma was a member of the East Stearns Church of God and was a homemaker.
Her father, Mother, brothers, Charles Worley, Arnold Worley, Jr. Worley, and Cader Worley, and sisters Bertha Owens and Ruby Pickett precede her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Preston Richardson of Whitley City, Kentucky, a son, Freddy Wayne Richardson and wife, Missy, also of Whitley City, Kentucky; grandchildren, Justin Richardson, Whitney Richardson, Christopher Richardson and wife, Brittany, and Amber Gregory and husband, Lucas, a great-grandson, Preston Richardson, and 7 half brothers and sisters.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
