Lois Ann Clark

Lois Ann Clark, age 88 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died June 9, 2017 in Williamsburg Kentucky at  the Williamsburg Nursing and Rehab. 

She was born in Whitley City, Kentucky on March 13, 1929 the daughter of Roy Lee and Martha Leona (Hammock) Powell. Lois was a homemaker and member of the First Church of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed singing, playing music, yard sales, family, church, and cooking.

Her parents; husband, Clifford Clark; brothers, Ernest Powell and Paul Powell; and sisters, Mildred Powell and Joyce Dean Clark precede her in death.

Survivors include her son, Cliff Tyrone Clark and wife, Nova of Richmond, Kentucky; daughters, Karen Lee Thomas and husband, Bobby of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Patsy Michelle Cox and husband Tim of Whitley City, Kentucky; brothers, Ralph Powell and wife, Linda of Columbus, Ohio and Donald Powell and wife, Ruth of Revelo, Kentucky; sisters, Violet Boyatt of Columbus, Ohio, Loraine Phillips of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and Onna Lee Martin and husband, Delynn of Stearns, Kentucky; grandchildren, Eric Cox, Tonya Wright, Jeremy Cox, Clifford Clark, Charity Clark, and Cynthia Clark; and great grandchildren, Ava Wright and Mya Wright.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Pat Coffey officiating. Burial to follow in the Cooper Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm Tuesday until funeral time at the funeral home.
