Lisa Stephens, age 40 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died May 16, 2013 at her home. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 2pm in the Pine Knot United Baptist Church with Bro. Andy Crabtree officiating. Burial was in the Pine Knot Cemetery.
She was born in Warsaw, Indiana on June 3, 1972 the daughter of Mildred Retha (Ridner) Creekmore and the late Jesse Harold Creekmore. She was a homemaker.
Her father; and brother, Barry Creekmore precede her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Mildred Creekmore; daughters, Kelly Stephens and Autumn Stephens; and brothers, Jack Creekmore, Jesse Creekmore, and Larry Creekmore all of Pine Knot, Kentucky; sister, Nesha Creekmore of Strunk, Kentucky; special nephew, Harley King; and Chihuahua, Candy.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
