Linda Jean Stephens

Linda Jean Stephens, age 68 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 25, 1951 the daughter of Ronald Lee and Jean Willene (Brown) Ferrell. Linda enjoyed going to Bingo, eating at different places and trying new foods, and dancing.  She had worked as a caretaker not only for her family, but others in different roles of her life, and was a member of the Somerset Wesleyan Church.

Her parents; husband, Bobby R. Stephens; brothers, Donald Ferrell and Kenneth Ferrell; and a grandchild, Megan Warman precede her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Herbert Tony Warman, Jr and Brian Edward Warman and wife, Anita all of Pine Knot; daughters, Angela Marie Hawn and husband, James of Strunk, Roberta West of Pine Knot, Sheila Warman of London, Robin Rogers and husband, Derek of Louisville, and Shana Stephens of Pine Knot; brother, Ronald Wayne Ferrell of Pine Knot; and sisters, Ruth Ann Bennett and husband, Lee of Sharonville, Ohio and Coreen Ferrell and Darlene Ferrell both of Ohio; grandchildren, Tanner Warman, Hannah Warman, Kaylee Warman, Jordan King (Brandon), Justin Hawn (Harley), Sarah Edwards, Brad West, Jr., Cage Redmon, Riley Warman, Tyler Tucker, Cheyenne Tracy, Brittany Bowling (Lonnie), Joshua Elam (Alexandria), Tara Elam, Kayleigh Wireman, Jake Rogers, Matt Rogers, and Zach Rogers; and 23 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Hampton and Sis. Joy Shearer officiating. Burial will follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Monday, February 17, 2020 at the funeral home.
