Lena Fay Thomas age 62 of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at her home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 12:00 pm at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Dillard Bryant officiating. Burial followed in the Higginbotham Cemetery.
She was born June 1, 1949 in Yamacraw, Kentucky to Lee Watson and Mae Lynch Watson. Lena was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.
Her father, mother, husband, Robert Thomas, son, Robert Thomas II, brothers, Buddy Ray Watson, Garron Watson, and Gurnie Watson, a sister, Gloria Bryant, and grandchild, Tristen Wayne Collins I precede her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Collins and husband, Russell, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; children by heart, Michelle Walstrom and Marea Moses both of Whitley City, Kentucky; a brother, Jay Earl Watson of Somerset, Kentucky; sisters, Elizabeth Hook of Cincinnati, Ohio, Marjorie Collins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, and Deloris Cisco of Whitley City, Kentucky; grandchildren, Tristen Collins, Kyle Collins, and Justin Collins; and grandchildren by heart, Keith Walstrom, Cheyenne Walstrom, Cherokee Walstrom, Zachariah Moses, Dalton Moses, and Kayden Jones.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
