Judy Bruce Worley

Judy Bruce Worley, age 70 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born in Corbin Kentucky on May 24, 2951 the daughter of Harley Bruce, Jr. and Glenna Lee (Brooks) Bruce. Judy had worked as a Bank Teller for First and Farmers Bank and was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed sewing, reading her bible, crafts, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Her mother, Glenna (Brooks) Bruce; daughter, Sherry Worley Black; and brother-in-law, Blaine Phillips precedes her in death.

Survivors include her father, Harley Bruce Jr. (Sylvia) of Palatka, Florida; daughter Jennifer Nicholas of Somerset, Kentucky; brothers, Bobby Bruce (Terri) of Somerset, Kentucky and Roy Bruce (Teresa) of Andersonville, Tennessee; sisters, Kathy Phillips of Stearns, Kentucky and Cindy Meadows (Scott) of Whitley City, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Monday, February 14, 2022 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Bruce officiating.  Burial will follow in the Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Monday at the Funeral Home.
