JOSEPHINE COFFEY

Josephine Coffey, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015, at her home in Stearns, Kentucky.  She had attained the age of 67 years, one month and 20 days.

Born July 2, 1948, in Jellico, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Vela Gregory.  She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Warren Gregory and a sister Margie Gregory.

Surviving family include her husband Randle Coffey of Stearns, two sons: Randy Allen Coffey (and wife Gloria) of Stearns and Johnny Lee Coffey (and wife Carla) of Strunk, Kentucky, three daughters: Rebecca Lynn King (and husband Charles) of Keno, Kentucky, Loretta Kaye Clark (and husband Israel) of Stearns, and Jeanette Bryant (and husband Dustin) of Revelo, Kentucky. 

She has 16 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.

Josephine was a homemaker and member of the Pleasant Ridge United Baptist Church.  She loved to read and write and draw.  She also enjoyed sewing.

Funeral services:  Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Ridge United Baptist Church

Burial:  Sherd Dobbs Cemetery, Stearns, Kentucky

Visitation:  Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. at the church.
