JOSEPH BARCLAY STEPHENS

Joseph Barclay Stephens, age 74 years, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at his home in Whitley City, Kentucky.

He was a carpenter and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Born in McCreary County, Kentucky, on March 31, 1941, he was the son of the late Henry C. and Gladys M. (Elmore) Stephens.   His parents and brothers: Henry Hank Stephens, Charles Stephens, Donnie Stephens an sister Shirley Ann Rowlettt all precede him in death.

Surviving family include his children: Ann Massengale, Crystal Coffey, Jaycee Ball, Rhonda Stephens, Lora McClanahan, Sue Stephens, Jay Stephens and Leroy Stephens, Brothers: Glen Stephens, Richard Steve Stephens, Ronnie Stephens, James Stephens, Mike Stephens, William Stephens and sisters: Debbie Yokley, and Donna Gibson.  He had 14 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for Mr. Stephens at a later date.
