Jerry Lee Baker, age 39 years, of Nancy, Kentucky died August 30, 2011 in Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Saturday September 3, 2011 at 11am in the Denham Street Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Rogers and Bro. David Muse officiating. Burial was in the Baker Family Cemetery.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on January 24, 1972 the son of the late Lawrence Allen and Emma Lou (Hamilton) Baker. He was a parts man, of the Baptist Faith, and avid pool player, a fan of Dallas Cowboys, enjoyed outdoors, and being with his family.
His parents and nephew Brandon Hammond precede him in death.
Survivors include his son Ethan Alexander McQuire, brothers Robin and Tammy Baker, Rodney and Bernice Baker, Randy and Cindy Baker all of Nancy, Kentucky, and Jeff and Elisabeth Baker of Somerset, Kentucky, and sisters Debbie Baker, Rhonda and Allen Gibson, Kim and Keith Hammond, and Tammy Renea Baker all of Nancy, Kentucky. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins and a special cousins Delena Robinson also survive.
