Jay Harold Clark

Jay Harold Clark, age 68 years, of Strunk, Kentucky died July 8, 2019 at the Signature Health of McCreary in Pine Knot, Kentucky.

He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on January 12, 1951 the son of Gilbert and Evie Jane (Tucker) Clark.  Jay was a truck driver and member of the Lower Wolf Creek United Baptist Church.

His mother and brother, Wendell Clark precedes him in death.

Survivors include his father, Gilbert Clark of Muncie, Indiana; son, Jay Harold Clark, Jr. and wife, Melissa of Muncie; daughters, Rhonda Lee Wilson and husband, Kevin of Muncie and Dallas Shay Goodin and husband, Josh of Strunk; brothers, Carroll Clark and wife, Ada, Doyle Clark and wife, Karen,all of Muncie, and Darrell Clark, and wife, Clara of Parker, Indiana; sisters, Charlene Sloan, and husband, Gary, of Warsaw, Indiana Linda Williamson, of Muncie and Patsy Grey, of and husband, Jerry of Alabama; Dalla's mother, Sandy Patrick; 6 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private.
