Janet Meadows

Janet Sowders Meadows, age 60 years, 10 months and 12 days, wife of Joe Meadows, Parkers Lake, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born August 15, 1958 in Cincinnati, ohio.  She was a cook at the Cumberland Manor Nursing home.  Janet loved music, fishing and spending time with her husband Joe of forty four years.

In addition to her mother, Janette Mason Roberts, she is preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Sowders.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Meadows, father, Donald Roberts of Hudson, FL., brother, Jeff Sowders and wife Jody of Murfesboro, TN., sister, Judy Spangler and husband David of Hudson, FL., along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, at the July 6, 2019 at 11:00 am with funeral services beginning at 1:00 pm with Brother Braxton King officiating, with burial to follow in the Keith Morrow Cemetery.
