James Roscoe Young, age 65 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died March 24, 2014 at his home. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11am with Rev. Daniel Perry and Bro. Dewayne Vanover officiating. Burial was in the Young’s Chapel Cemetery.
He was born in Corbin, Kentucky on January 5, 1949 the son of the late Everett and Della B. (Frederick) Young. He had worked for TCA as a machine operator and was a member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church.
His parents precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha M. (Vanover) Young and son, James Matthew Young both of Parkers Lake, Kentucky.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
