JAMES CARLOS TROXELL

James Carlos Troxell, age 74 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died April 3, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Friday, April 6, 2012 at 8pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Rufus Hughes officaiting.
He was born in Yamacraw, Kentucky on June 26, 1937 the son of the late Harvey and Bertha (Nevels) Troxell. He was a truck driver and a member of the Lower Hickory Grove United Baptist Church.
His parents, sons, James Troy Troxell and Jerry Troxell;, daughter, Ramona Troxell; brother, Jack Troxell; and sister, Norma Jean Troxell precede him in death.
Survivors include his daughters, Georgia King of Stearns, Kentucky, Beckie Waters and husband Todd of Whitley City, Kentucky, Judy Dople and husband Charels and Amanda Troxell both of Stearns, Kentucky. 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
