James Ebb Clark

James Ebb Clark, age 68, of Strunk, Kentucky passed from this life January 2nd, 2022 at his home. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 16, 1953 to the late Chester Clark and Edna (King) Clark-Coffey.

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his sister Glenna Clark, sister Dorothy (Clark) Lay, and brother-in-law Charles Bryant.

Surviving family include his siblings Edna Irene Bryant of Stearns, Kentucky, David Clark and wife, Jeanette, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tommy Clark and wife, Vicki, of Florida, Jeffery Clark and wife, Linda, of Strunk, Kenneth Coffey and wife, Teresa, also of Strunk, Kentucky, and Milford Coffey of Jacksonville, Florida; and brother-in-law, Joey Lay.

Also, to mourn his loss, James leaves behind many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

James worked at a lumber yard in Cincinnati until he became disabled. He loved music and spent many hours standing over his CD and cassette player and loved to entertain others by playing them music. He loved to go out to eat and travel and enjoyed spending time with family.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Bryant and Bro. Stanley Taylor officiating and burial to follow in Pine Knot Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 1pm Saturday at the Funeral Home.
