Jack D. Kidd, age 56 years, of Oneida, Tennessee died December 16, 2012 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the Physicians Regional Medical Center. Funeral service were held Thursday, December 20, 2012 At 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Tucker officiating. Burial was in the Sherd Dobbs Cemetery.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 9, 1956 the son of the late Cornelius and Ruby Jewell (Bell) Kidd. He was a log truck driver and member of the New Haven United Baptist Church.
His parents; brothers, Robert G. Kidd and Billy J. Kidd; and sister, Joyce Dean Kidd Leach precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotta “Lot†(Coffey) Kidd of Oneida, Tennessee; son, Jack Neal Kidd of Oneida, Tennessee; daughters, Vanessa Roysdon and husband, Joseph of Elgin, Tennessee and Jacklyn Rollins of Cooperative, Kentucky; brother, Lindell C. Kidd and wife, Reba of Cooperative, Kentucky; sisters in law, Sue Kidd and Magdaline Kidd; and brother in law, Joe Leach. Grandchildren, Tamra Rollins, Sarah Roysdon, Laura Rollins, Jessica Roysdon, Brooklyn Roysdon, and Brittany Roysdon; 1 very special nephew, Jeff Kidd; aunts, Jean Anderson and Sandra Ruth Bobinski, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
