Iva O. Vanover, age 64 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died October 9, 2010 in Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Tuesday October 12, 2010 at 1pm at the Marler Cemetery with Bro. Dow Goodin officiating. THE FAMILY WILL RECIEVE FRIENDS AFTER 12NOON TUESDAY OCTOBER 12, 2010 AT THE MARLER CEMETERY. She was born in McCreary County, Kentucky October 15, 1945 the daughter of the late Edward and Cora (Goodin) Vanover. She was a homemaker and a member of the Second Baptist Church. Her parents, husband Roy Reed Vanover, brothers Boyd Vanover, Ralph Vanover, and Norman Vanover, and sisters Beulah Vanover, Lois Vanover, Doris Jean Rollins, and Marie Rollins precede her in death. Survivors include her sister Joyce Spradlin and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
