Hurstle Allen Upchurch, newborn, of Whitley City, Kentucky died October 9, 2012 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday, October 12, 2012 at 8pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Corder officiating. Burial was in the Barren Fork Cemetery.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on October 9, 2012 the son of Hurstle Ray and Sally Kay (Perry) Upchurch.
Survivors include his parents, Hurstle and Sally Upchurch; sister, Kaylee Ray Upchurch; grandparents, Hurstle and Elizabeth Upchurch, William Perry, and Cassandra Phillips; great grandmother, Bonnie Perry; uncle, Dakota Upchurch, and aunts, Rayanna Upchurch all of Whitley City, Kentucky and Harley Upchurch of Huntsville, Tennessee.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
