Gurnie Lee Watson

Gurnie Lee Watson departed from this life on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. He was 30 years, five months and five days old. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky, on April 9, 1986 to the late Gurnie  and Marjorie (Collins) Watson.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Gurnie Watson and Marjorie (Collins) Watson

He is survived by his wife Jamie (Slaven) Watson and two children: Aiden Hunter Gage Watson, and Isabella Leanna Rose Watson, all of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and one sister: Marea Jones of Whitley City, Kentucky.

Gurnie was a member of the Beulah Heights Church. He loved his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, working on vehicles, and being a great father to his children.

Graveside Services will be conducted on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Higginbotham cemetery with Scotty Corder officiating.
