Estle Glen Tucker age 72 year, the husband of Corena (Corder) Tucker of Day Ridge Road in Parkers Lake, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011. Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Day Ridge United Baptist Church with Rev. John Duvall Jr., Rev. Hobert Corder, and Rev. Alan Coffey officiating. Burial followed in the Tucker Family Cemetery.
He was born in Piney Creek Kentucky on January 29, 1939 to Coy Tucker and Stella (Tucker) Tucker. Glen was of the Baptist faith, and a Deacon at the Day Ridge United Baptist Church. He was a member of the USS Yorktown Association, having served 4 years in the Navy aboard the USS Yorktown CV10, a member of the Civil Air Patrol, and was once a member of the McCreary County Rescue Squad.
His father and mother precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Corena Tucker of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; sons, Kevin Tucker and his wife, Susan, of Whitley City, Kentucky, Keegan Tucker and his wife, Karen, of Whitley City, Kentucky, and Trevor Tucker and his wife, Melissa, of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; a daughter, Tanya Jones and her husband, Robert, of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; a brother, Parker Tucker of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; grandchildren, Natasha Cox, Tara Tucker, Kasey Tucker Phillips, Courtney Cox, Tyler Tucker, Kyle Tucker, Jordan Tucker, Aiden Tucker, and Alyssa Tucker; a step-granddaughter, Amy Jones; and great-grandchildren, Jayden Watts and Addilyn Phillips.
