Glen Edward Bryant

Glen Edward Bryant, age 59 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died May 1, 2017 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Jean Waddle Care Center. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Sexton officiating.  Burial to follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Funeral Home.

He was born March 8, 1958 the son of Rev. Donald Bryant and the late Lois (Stephens) Bryant. Glen was a member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church and attended the Bethel Baptist Church. He loved hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his mother; son Kenneth Bryant; and brothers, Wayne L. Bryant and Steve Bryant.

Survivors include his daughters, Krystal Jakes and husband, Kristopher and Chasity Bryant both of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; father, Rev. Donald Bryant of Whitley City, Kentucky; sister, Deanie Perry and husband, Otis (Hot Shot) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Alyssa Hagewood, Maleigha Hagewood, Charisma Brown, Ava Brown, and Michael Brown.
