Gary Wayne Worley, age 60 years, of Russell Springs, Kentucky died October 15, 2012 in Lexington, Kentucky at the UK Medical Center. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Dixon officiating. Burial was in the Sherd Dobbs Cemetery.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 6, 1952 the son of the late Lloyd and Leva (Phillips) Worley.
His parents precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife Connie (Robertson) Worley of Russell Springs, Kentucky; sons, Karl Worley and wife Cyndie of Whitley City, Kentucky and Devin Blakey of Russell Springs, Kentucky; daughters, Tricia Worley of London, Kentucky and Cherish Miller of Russell Springs, Kentucky; brother, Greg Worley of Indiana; sisters, Teresa Brown of Jamestown, Kentucky and Velma Jean Holmes of Columbia, Kentucky. 8 grandchildren and uncles, Coy Worley and Roy Worley also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
