Garry Wayne Cox Creekmore, age 38 years, formerly of McCreary County, Kentucky died June 15, 2012. Memorial services were held Saturday, November 10, 2012 in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Cook officiating. Burial was in the Pine Knot Cemetery.
He was born December 16, 1973.
Survivors include his father, Garry Wayne Creekmore of Whitley City, Kentucky; son, Tristan Chase Creekmore; sister, Renee Cox Obrien; nephews, Dustin Ball and Ciara Call Sanders all of Berea, Kentucky; and special aunts, Viola Neal Wilson and Betty Trammell.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
