Frances "Penny" Irene Kennedy

Frances “Penny” Irene Kennedy departed from this life on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at her home being 65 years, and 15 days old. She was born in Sidney, Ohio, on January 26, 1951 daughter of the late Claude and Edna (Sparks) Taylor.

Penny was a CNA for the elderly and a member of the Joseph Prince Ministries.  She was the most loving mother, wife, and teacher of Christ to her children and grandchildren, she was one of the strongest women in the world.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving family includes: her husband Donald Kennedy whom were married July 12, 1968, son: Donald and wife Michelle Kennedy of Whitley City, daughters: Sarah Kennedy Delap and Tony of Whitley City, Cassandra Doran Kennedy of Norfolk, Virginia, brothers: Jake, Jeff, and Jerry, sisters: Joetta Taylor, Janet Warman, Cheryl Hill, Judy Corder, Joy Taylor and Jill ?, grandchildren: Savannah Dawn Kennedy, Donavan Michael Kennedy, Spencer Hayden Kennedy, Aurora Hernandez, Bryson Delap and Destinee Delap,

According to the families wishes Pennys remains were cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
