Florence Taylor Puchta Smallwood, age 79 years, of Dayton, Kentucky, formerly of McCreary County died June 15, 2013 at home in Dayton, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the McCreary county funeral Home with Bro. Tim Corder and Bro. Jimmy Waters officiating. Burial was in the Pine Knot Cemetery.
She was born in Parkers Lake, Kentucky March 13, 1934 to the late Raymond and Grace Ella (Lewis) Taylor. She was a factory worker and a member of the Landmark Baptist church.
Her parents, husband, George Puchta, son, Daniel Ray Puchta, brothers: Johnny Taylor, William Taylor, and Floyd Kermit Taylor, sisters: Anna Taylor, Bernice Crail, and Hazel Kidd precede her in death.
Survivors include her son David Wayne Puchta or Dayton, Kentucky, brothers Doyle Eugene Taylor, Grover C. Taylor, and Raymond Taylor, Jr of Cincinnati, Ohio, sisters; Vonda Mandish and Violet McMillen of Cincinnati, Ohio and 5 grandsons and 1 great grandchild also survive.
