Ella Mae Bybee

Ella Mae (Marler) Bybee, age 78 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Friday, August 13, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Marshes Siding, Kentucky on July 6, 1943 the daughter of Clarence and Rosa Lee (West) Marler. Ella Mae had worked on the 5 hole button machine at the Shirt Factory, was a member of the Marshes Siding Church of God, and enjoyed crocheting and reading and collecting books.
Her parents; husband, Ricky Bybee; and sisters, Alene Marler and Shirley Shelton precede her in death.
Survivors include her sister, Maxine Lawson of Whitley City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1pm Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Harry Watters and Bro. Ray Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the Barren Fork Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Sunday at the Funeral Home.
